How do I register my child?

Click on the register tab at the top of the page and complete our registration form.

Is there a waiting list?

At present we do have a waiting list for certain sessions. Once you have submitted your registration form an email will be sent to you by a member of our team to advise if we are able to accommodate your requested sessions. If the sessions requested are full we will ask if you wish to join the waiting list. 

Breakfast/snack

Breakfast - A healthy breakfast is offered each day between 7.30am - 8.20am. Breakfast includes cereals, toast, fruit and yoghurt.

 

Afternoon snack - We offer an hour long rolling snack in the afternoon session where snack is served buffet style and the children can choose when they would like to eat. We have a full snack menu displayed at each club on our notice board and this is changed termly with ideas and suggestion from the children and parents.

We cater for allergies and intolerance. 

Allergies?

On registering your child, we will ask you to provide details of any allergies.  These will be taken into count when preparing the snacks. No nut based products will be offered as a snack to any child at the clubs.

Fussy eaters?

On registering your child, we will ask you to provide any dietary requirements/foods your child dislikes. These will be considered when preparing snacks to ensure the child is offered something they like, within the new Food & Drink regulations. 

Medicine?

On registering your child, we will ask you to provide information on any current medication your child is prescribed. You will be ask to complete a Healthcare Plan for your child and we will require the medication in the original packaging with the information leaflet enclosed. We  will also ask for a consent form to be completed to allow a member of staff to administer the medication to your child. We are unable to administer medication with consent.

Will a sibling get an automatic place? (if available)

Siblings will be given priority on our waiting list.

Do you accept childcare vouchers?

Yes, during the registration process you can select the option to pay in full or part using childcare vouchers.  It is the parent/carers responsibility to transfer the childcare vouchers before the required deadline each month. Please note childcare vouchers can take up to 4 days to reach us. 

If you require an ID code for your childcare vouchers please email the club and we will provide this for you.

 

 

What activities do you plan?

Each week there will be a different set of activities on offer.  These will be displayed on the club noticeboards. If there is something your child would really like to do please let a member of the team know and we will do our best to add this to our planner.

Do you have a holiday club?

Yes, our holiday club runs during all school holidays with children joining us from Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire primary schools. To find out more information, click the holiday club tab at the top of the home page.  You can register for the holiday club through the register tab and detail 'Holiday Club' as your Start Date.

How many weeks' notice to leave the club?

We require four weeks written notice to leave the club.

 

Payment help

Anyone who has difficulty paying fees in this way should approach The Club@ Manager immediately to discuss a more suitable payment method.

Payment terms

In the event of non-payment of invoices after the usual reminders, The Club@ will take the necessary steps to recover outstanding debt. This may result in the child/children’s exclusion from the club.

Early collection

The appropriate rate will be charged for each child attending the Club. No reduction will be made if a child is collected early.
